Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring that all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund.
